The thread-protecting SSR Series standard sucker-rod cap (photo) is designed to withstand impact and prevent cracking. Constructed of a strong, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material to protect the threaded ends of steel sucker rods, the wide internal ribs of the cap allow for easy installation and a secure fit.
