NAES acquires industry advisor E3 consulting

NAES Corp. (Issaquah, Wash.; www.naes.com), a provider of industrial services, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire E3 Consulting, LLC, an independent technical and strategic business advisor to the energy industry. E3 is an advisor to the energy industry, with headquarters in Denver, Colorado and offices in the New York City metro area and Houston. E3 provides reviews of energy, industrial, and public infrastructure projects for capital providers, project developers and owners, and utilities.
