| Lanxess to sell Urethane Systems business to UBE Corp. for €460 million
Lanxess AG (Cologne, Germany) signed a contract to sell its Urethane Systems business to UBE Corp. (Tokyo). The enterprise value amounts to €460 million with expected proceeds of around €500 million.
