Digital nameplates provide direct access to valve data
All of this company’s pumps and valves are now available with a digital nameplate (photo), which combines a laser-engraved QR code with a fully encapsulated RFID tag. This dual structure ensures that components remain reliably identifiable under all common industrial conditions, even when the visible marking is soiled, damaged or difficult to access. The QR code provides fast mobile access, while the RFID tag enables secure, contactless identification. The digital nameplate provides access at any time to technical data, operating instructions, certificates, declarations of conformity and structured documents. The stored information is managed centrally and updated continuously. The implementation is based on the relevant standards for digital product identification, while remaining ATEX-compliant.
