Versatile new actuators for water-treatment systems
New Profox L linear actuators (photo) combine a compact, lightweight mechanical design with excellent control characteristics and high repeatability for control-valve automation. With thrust forces ranging from 0.8 to 18 kN, a variable-speed motor, high-resolution sensors and precise mechanics, these actuators offer outstanding positioning accuracy. Their versatility makes them suitable for a broad range of applications, including drinking water and wastewater treatment, mobile skids and metering or control processes. The Profox L mounts directly onto the valve without the need for support structures. This enables highly space-saving and compact installation solutions. If required, a mounting adapter is available.
