Goudsmitt Magnetic Systems
The redesigned High Gradient Separator (photo, p. 32I-7) has been developed for the recycling industry and is particularly suitable for operation in a difficult and dirty environment. The magnetic strength of the coils has been increased to 10,000 Gauss, which allows the magnetically weak iron and slightly magnetized particles to be removed from waste and residual streams.
