| By Mary Bailey

Lubricants and specialty blending company America Clean Fuel Corp. (ACFC; Houston) announced that its state-of-the-art blending facility in New Caney, Texas, will officially come online in one month. With a capacity of 1,000 barrels per day, the plant is purpose-built to deliver Synergen™ AW46 , a premium ashless hydraulic oil engineered for superior performance in demanding industrial applications.

The New Caney facility represents a major milestone for ACFC, combining advanced blending systems, modular logistics, and a strong commitment to environmental and regulatory compliance. Strategically located near Houston—the hub of the U.S. energy and petrochemical industry—the plant positions ACFC to meet growing regional and national demand for high-specification lubricants.

“Synergen™ AW46 is engineered to outperform standard hydraulic oils, extending equipment life through its ashless formulation and delivering dependable performance under the most demanding conditions,” said Michael Chase, Co-Founder of America Clean Fuel Corp. “This launch marks the beginning of our broader strategy to build America’s most agile, scalable, and customer-focused lubricant platform.”

The company’s New Caney operation offers on-site capacity for more than 6,000 barrels, with a modular design that enables rapid scale-up. With sustainability as a core principle, ACFC has integrated efficient bulk-handling and logistics systems, ensuring competitive pricing and dependable supply for distributors, industrial users, and government buyers.

Industry observers note that the hydraulic oil market—valued at more than $9 billion annually in the United States—is shifting toward cleaner formulations and reliable domestic supply. ACFC aims to capitalize on this trend with Synergen™, positioning itself as a premium yet accessible alternative to legacy oil majors.
