Expanded range of screens for round vibratory separators

By Chemical Engineering |

Midwestern Industries

This company recently incorporated a new process for full epoxy mounting of round screens for vibratory separators (photo), which leads to faster fabrication times. The use of advanced epoxy materials allows users to switch mount types, resulting in a longer service life. The screens also come with a fully disposable carbon- or stainless-steel metal ring, and thin-flanged hollow rings are also available. Screen types offered include perforated screens, bulls-eye screens, sandwich screens, wagon wheel screens, ultrasonic screens and custom-woven screens. — Midwestern Industries, Inc., Massillon, Ohio
