This level transmitter can also provide flow data

The 1208 Series devices (photo) from this company provide accurate and reliable level measurement, as well as open-channel flow calculations. The radar level transmitter has been designed to solve challenges in water and wastewater, utilities and basic chemical applications. The 1208 uses continuous non-contacting radar technology in a compact polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) housing with drinking-water and food-grade approvals. Its encapsulated design also withstands outdoor conditions and is fully submersible over extended periods of time. The 1208 Series communicates via Bluetooth wireless technology, 4–20 mA HART® or IO-link and has a broad range of mounting accessories, making it easy to integrate into both new and existing systems. The devices have a typical measuring range of 15 m, can operate at temperatures from –40 to 80°C and at pressures up to 3 bars (43 psi). — Emerson, St. Louis, Mo.
