Piezoresistive pressure sensor has a tiny footprint
The Micropressure MPR Series pressure sensor is a small, piezorestive silicon device. The sensor has a package footrpint of just 5-by-5 mm (0.20-by-0.20 in.), and it measures pressure from 0.6 to 30 psi, over a compensated temperature range of 32–122°F. It is fully calibrated and compensated to provide digital output, and is easy to implement into a range of end products.
