The DV-ST UltraPure family of diaphragm valves provides reliable operation in sterile and asceptic operations. The DV-ST UltraPure is a compact, lightweight valve with a modular design, enabling a wide range of purpose-built configurations. The specified sulfur content is standard for all forged and block valves, safeguarding high-quality welds, says the company. The spring pressure can be adjusted using a pneumatic actuator. For all handles, over-closure protection in manual operations ensures a defined closing pressure against the diaphragm. The innovative design of the DV-P UltraPure allows for more-precise flow regulation and doubles the flowrate compared to conventional diaghpram valve designs at a given pressure drop, says the company.
