Innovation Metals Corp. (Toronto, Canada; www.innovationmetals.com) has announced the submission of a Project Notice to the Province of Quebec, to start the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process for a new rare-earth-element separation facility. The Becancour Waterfront Industrial Park in Quebec was chosen as the future home of the facility, which will focus on the production of critical rare earths.
