Linde to build new air separation plant in Wisconsin

| By Mary Bailey

Linde plc (Dublin, Ireland) announced that it will build, own, and operate a new facility for the supply of industrial gases in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

The new air separation unit (ASU) will produce liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, serving customers in Green Bay, Madison, and Milwaukee, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Acquisition of land and equipment for the new site has begun and the plant is expected to start up in the second half of 2028.

“Wisconsin is experiencing incredible growth across multiple end markets,” said Patrick McKenna, Vice President North Region, Linde. “This investment will allow us to produce product closer to our customer base and add to our robust production and supply network.”
