Monitor benzene with this targeted gas detector

By Chemical Engineering |

The TA-2100 benzene gas detector utilizes advanced photo-ionization sensor technology to provide fixed, continuous monitoring in both indoor and outdoor installations in demanding industrial environments. The detector providScreen Shot 2017-04-27 at 11.49.10 AMes low-ppm detection limits as a critical part of an early warning system. A self-calibration feature adjusts the span monthly, based on the sensor life curve, and offsite sensor calibration is also possible with the sensor’s embedded memory chip. The device can operate at temperatures ranging from –20 to 55°C, and in relative humidity up to 95%. — Mil-Ram Technology, Inc., Fremont, Calif.
