This company has expanded its large-diameter ductile iron butterfly valve offering with the introduction of a molded-in liner for its LD-2000 Series, now available in sizes 14 through 36 in. The enhanced design improves sealing integrity and consistency while reducing field installation challenges, enabling reliable full-pressure, end-of-line service in demanding applications. The LD-2000 Series is designed for commercial and industrial applications, helping these valves provide bi-directional and dead-end isolation with pressure ratings up to 200 psi. The addition of the molded-in liner helps reduce common field installation challenges while delivering dependable, long-term performance. Combined with  durable construction, the updated design supports efficient installation and reliable operation. The LD-2000 Series features a ductile iron, epoxy-coated body designed for enhanced corrosion resistance, an extended neck that accommodates up to two inches of insulation and a one-piece, high-strength stem engineered for precise disc positioning and reliable performance. — NIBCO, Inc., Elkhart, Ind.
