Nouryon Chemicals B.V.(Amsterdam, the Netherlands; www.nouryon.com) has awarded a Master Services Agreement (MSA) to Worley (North Sydney, Australia; www.worleyparsons.com) to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services. Under the agreement, the services will be provided to twenty of Nouryon’s chemicals sites across Europe over a period of five and a half years. In addition to the MSA, 50 of Nouryon’s people have transferred to Worley’s Europe business, enabling a seamless delivery of EPCM services through industry knowledge and expertise.
