Epson ColorWorks

This company’s ColorWorks on-demand inkjet label printers deliver labels for chemicals and hazardous materials for compliance with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of chemical classification. These devices enhance workflow by eliminating the need to manage pre-printed label stock, enabling users to print labels as needed directly on the production floor. The rugged, industrial-strength ColorWorks C831 (photo) is ideal for GHS large-format drum and chemical labels, and is said to be the first inkjet printing device to be certified to the BS5609 benchmark for durability. The ColorWorks C7500 allows production of many unique label designs in short runs, while reducing the cost and inefficiency of pre-printed labels with full-color color labels on-demand. The ColorWorks C3500 features speeds up to 4 in./s, and can produce up to 2,000 full-color labels per day. Booth 437 — Epson America, Inc., Long Beach, Calif.
