Palamatic Process (Brécé, France; www.palamaticprocess.com), experts in powder-handling solutions, will open a new $6-million innovation and center of excellence in 2026 in Brittany, at its headquarters. The objective is to welcome any industrial company wishing to test powder-based products, receive training and innovate.
Palamatic Process previously opened a similar center in Canada, in partnership with Cintech, in Montreal. The new center of excellence will be dedicated to powders. This technological hub, whose construction has already begun, will bring together all the solutions and expertise in powder handling that Palamatic Process has mastered since 1992.
Future visitors will find the best solutions for the characterization of technical powders, as well as their handling and management: sensitive environments (ATEX), flow behavior, containment, hygiene, design, reliability and more. Practical testing and the transfer of know-how will drive this unique site in Europe.
Connected to Palamatic Process’s manufacturing workshops, the future 1,500-m² facility will include four areas of expertise: Automation (robotic solutions); Easyclean (hygienic constraints and ease of cleaning); Containment (explosive and sensitive environments); and Powder Design (mechanical design and process control based on the specific characteristics of each powder)
Palamatic Process is a leader in powder handling and transfer solutions for industry founded in 1992.
