This line of side-entry V-belt mixers (photo) is designed for dependability and easy maintenance in a variety of asphalt-mixing applications. The mixers are engineered with steel housings, rigid motor mounts, oversize shafting, piloted dual-tapered roller bearings and belt drives with “QD” style bushings. The mixers incorporate Hyflo four-blade impellers and seals that are configured to match the requirements. Most mixer wearing parts are available from local supply houses to minimize maintenance downtime.
