Solenis acquires Belgian coatings company Topchim

Solenis International, L.P. (Wilmington, Del.; www.solenis.com) completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Topchim NV. Headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, Topchim is a leading ecological coating company for the paper, cardboard, and packaging converting industries in Europe. Solenis will integrate the Topchim business as part of its strategy to expand its offering to the pulp and paper market.
