EcoDevice is a vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor made almost entirely from bio-based materials, says the company. Each EcoDevice emits a protective vapor for up to 24 months. It is capable of protecting up to 42 L of enclosed space from corrosion. The vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors adsorb onto metal surfaces, forming a barrier to moisture and corrosive gases without adversely affecting the appearance, conductivity, mechanical integrity or optical functionality of the components being protected. Since the product works in the vapor phase, no cleanup of chemicals is needed.
