The VAC-CRV Dry Clean Room Vacuum with ultra-low-particulate air (ULPA) filtration (photo, p. 32D-2) is certified 99.999% efficient for particle sizes down to 0.12 microns. The vacuum, designed for clean-room surface cleaning, has a stainless-steel tank for easy cleaning, a small footprint and multistage filtration system.
