This weigh belt helps minimize material build up

The Model SI Ultra-Sanitary Insertion weigh belt (photo) is designed to enable effective and efficient cleaning for sanitary applications in food processing. The weigh belt features a trough shape to help keep product away from the belt edges. The trough shape eliminates the need for side skirts, which can be an area prone to material build-up. The entire conveyor assembly of the insertion weigh belt is coupled to a patented, mass counter-balanced force-measurement suspension system (FMSS) that allows load-cell selection based on net-, rather than gross-weighing requirements.
