Wison delivers modules for Formosa Plastics’ LDPE plant in Texas

Wison Engineering Services Co. (Shanghai; www.wison-engineering.com) announced delivery of the first batch of 28 modules (52 in total) as scheduled for the CPM02 Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Pipe Rack Modularization and Erection Project of Formosa Plastics Corp., U.S.A. (FPC) on January 12. The delivery was undertaken by the company under an EPFC (engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction) contract. Prior to the delivery, five representatives from FPC completed a final inspection and approved the release of the first batch of modules.

Wison Engineering was awarded an EPFC contract for part of Formosa Plastics’ LDPE project in Texas in July 2017, marking the first contract for the company in the American market. Wison Engineering is responsible for modular engineering, fabrication, transportation and onsite installation.
