The Megatex XD Screener provides high-capacity throughput for large-volume applications in agriculture, plastics and chemicals. The screener has a unique elliptical-linear motion designed for high screening performance with low energy consumption. A single-screen deck change can be completed in 10 min, and all decks can be changed in 2 h. The Megatex XD provides 25%–50% greater capacity per square foot of screen cloth in a compact footprint measuring a 12-ft.cube. for the standard model. Its motion is generated by an external drive cartridge and separates from ¼ in. to 100 mesh.
