This high-performance hydraulic oil is ‘eco-friendly’

Panolin HLP Synth 32 is a biodegradeable hydraulic oil that has been engineered to meet demanding requirements that are typical of today’s mechanical systems, such as power density, higher working pressures, motor speeds, oil-circulation cycles and temperatures. The hydraulic fluid recently passed the Bosch Rexroth Fluid Rating List, a scientific, standardized evaluation procedure that is designed to test the fuid characteristics and interaction with key components, at 500 bars (conventional tests are conducted at 350 bar), says the company. — Panolin Group, Madetswil, Switzerland
