HapaLaunched this month at Pack Expo 2016 (Chicago, Ill.; November 6–9), the BlisterJet CMYK (photo) is a UV DOD piezo inkjet printing system for full-color printing on blank blisters in a CMYK application process. The system is said to open up new opportunities in blister-packaging design and product differentiation. Alongside the BlisterJet CMYK, the company exhibited a concept system: Modular, UV DOD, and roll-to-roll, it prints foils in two colors. — Hapa AG, Volketswill, Switzerland
