This seal material improves low-temperature valve performance

Precision Polymer Engineering

Precision Polymer Engineering

EnDura Z90LT (photo) is a new HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber) material grade that combines extreme low-temperature sealing performance with proven rapid gas decompression (RGD) resistance. Z90LT is tested and certified to NORSOK M710 and ISO 23636-2. Chemical resistance against a wide range of fluids and gases, including hydrogen sulfide, makes this new seal material suitable for reducing downtime in critical oil, gas and chemical processing applications. Fast lead times ensure suitability for emergency or routine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), as well as OEM integration. Standard and customized geometries are available to suit different operational requirements. — Hall 4, Stand F59 — Precision Polymer Engineering, Blackburn, U.K.
