The OXS Series Optical Gas Monitors (photo) use tunable filter spectroscopy to measure gas flow components in the ppm to percent range (3100 Series) as well as sub-ppm concentrations (4100 Series). The process monitors are automated, and provide realtime scanning of multiple compounds in gas flows. They are factory calibrated and have the capability to be networked.
