The capacity is over 500 lb/min on soft wheat flour and over 650 lb/min on hard wheat flour using a 30 mesh screen. The QA36 is manufactured with a high level of sanitation in mind, as well as ease of maintenance using lightweight components and formfitting, snap-on neoprene gaskets.
